Kapil Sharma Show Walkout: Ajay Devgn Clarifies..

 

Of late, there have been several negative reports about Kapil Sharma. From his show garnering low TRPs to a few no-shows at shoots, it seemed that Kapil was losing his magic touch. It was reported a few days ago that Ajay Devgn was angry when the starcast of his latest release Baadshaho was kept waiting by Kapil who didn’t turn up. It was said that the comedian was unwell. 


However, now Ajay has spoken up and while he didn’t deny the story he put up a rather diplomatic stand. When asked about his alleged walkout, Ajay admitted that the stars had indeed walked out of the set when the host didn’t turn up. But what was different in Ajay’s version from the one that appeared in the media is that the star was not exactly fuming in anger.

Ajay confessed that even they didn’t know exactly what happened and why Kapil didn’t turn up. He said that they were informed about Kapil’s illness hence there was no anger towards the latter. However, here comes the clincher. Ajay, without mincing words, did say that the wasn’t sure if they would be back on the sets of the show.

Kapil Sharma’s show has always been a popular platform for actors to promote their films. But in the recent past, there have been instances when the show was cancelled at the last moment. It happened during the Jab Harry Met Sejal promotions as well as the Toilet: Ek Prem Katha and Mubarakan shoots.
Perhaps it’s high time Kapil himself clarified as to what is going on with the show
